Clerks of Superior Court in the 159 counties in Georgia will provide reasonable access to all Real Estate filers and reasonable access to all document recordings of land records in their respective counties during the COVID19 state and national emergency. Should physical access to a Courthouse not be available, the Clerk will provide the option to file or access documents by mail, by dropbox, or electronically; Clerks of Superior Court will make every effort to ensure that all filings to their civil, criminal and real estate systems are accepted and recorded in a timely manner during this national emergency.
