The Augusta chapter of The Federalist Society will hold a Constitution Day Debate on Monday, September 17 at Augusta University. Professor John Baker of Georgetown University and Professor Thomas Crocker of the University of South Carolina will debate the limits of the Commerce Clause. Chief Judge J.
