The Civil and Magistrate Courts of Richmond County and the Clerk of Civil and Magistrate Courts will be closed to the public until April 13th. During that time, remote Initial Appearance Hearings will move forward as scheduled. While closed to the public, the Clerk of Civil and Magistrate Courts will remain in operation. The Clerk may be reached at (706) 821-2370. Additionally, parties may continue to file pleadings via U.S. Mail. Please contact the Clerk for further information.
